The test analyses your body’s response to 282 foods and drinks across all major food groups. The process is simple—you’ll receive a home test kit with everything needed to take a small finger-prick blood sample. Then, just post it back using the pre-paid envelope.

I’ll confirm when your sample has been received by the lab, and within three working days, your personalised report will be ready. I’ll walk you through your results and provide clear, supportive guidance on what to do next.

Group Classes
Our group classes are limited to just 10 participants, ensuring you still receive individual attention and guidance. With a focus on listening to your body, I’ll help you progress safely and confidently, offering corrections and encouragement throughout. You’ll enjoy a supportive, community-based experience while still benefiting from a personalised approach.

1:1 Sessions
Private Pilates sessions are tailored entirely to you. Whether you’re preparing for surgery, recovering post-operatively, managing a disability, or simply want to refine your practice, this is your time to focus on what your body truly needs.

Both options are designed to help you reconnect with your body and invest in your physical and mental wellbeing. You’ll leave each session feeling more energised, focused, and accomplished through this beautiful, mindful form of movement.
